Muhammad (S.A.W.)
Muhammad ﷺ is a religious leader and prophet. He was born in Mecca in 570 CE and died in Medina in 632 CE. According to Islamic traditions, he is the last prophet of Allah.
Muhammad ﷺ was born in a prominent family in Mecca. And before his birth, his father left the world. He was brought up by his mother till the age of 6 and he also left this world. After that, he was raised by his grandfather Abdul Muttalib until he was 8 years old. And later his uncle Abu Talib brought him up. As a young man, Muhammad was known for his honesty, integrity and kindness. And by the people of Makkah he was given the title of Al-Amin (Trustworthy).
At the age of 40, Muhammad received prophethood while meditating in a cave. The revelation consisted of verses that eventually became the first chapter of Islam's holy book, the Qur'an. Muhammad continued to receive revelations over a period of 23 years, which are recorded in the Qur'an.
Muhammad's message focused on the importance of worshiping and serving one Allah and leading a moral and righteous life. The Prophet ﷺ preached against idolatry and polytheism prevalent in Arabia at that time and exhorted people to follow the path of goodness and justice.
Muhammad faced opposition and persecution from the leaders of Mecca, who felt threatened by his message. He and his followers were forced to leave Mecca, and migrated to Medina, an event known as the Hijrah. This marked the beginning of the Islamic calendar.
In Medina, Muhammad established the first Islamic community, and served as a religious and political leader. He signed treaties with neighboring tribes and established a system of justice based on Islamic principles.
Under Muhammad's leadership, Islam spread rapidly throughout Arabia and beyond, and he is considered the most influential figure in human history. He died in Medina in 632 CE, and was succeeded by his close associate and friend, Abu Bakr.
Muslims around the world hold Muhammad ﷺ in high esteem and consider him the best example of a righteous and moral life. They also believe that he is the last prophet sent by Allah, and that the Qur'an is the final and complete revelation from Allah.
Finally, Muhammad ﷺ is a religious leader who founded Islam and preached the importance of worshiping one Allah and living a moral and righteous life. He faced opposition and persecution for his message, but his teachings spread quickly and continue to influence millions around the world.
